Mediation offers a cost and time effective solution to solving financial and children issues arising from relationship breakdown. 

Mediation allows you to meet with an impartial qualified lawyer mediator to establish the issues and assist you in finding solutions.

Sessions are offered in our Southampton  Hythe  and Totton offices. Throughout the process summaries and ultimately the solution reached is produced to both clients in a detailed but easy to understand format.

Jennifer is both efficient and sympathetic and will help the parties to come to a solution with which they both feel happy,  rather than relying on the Court to impose terms
